Displaying Your Funeral Photo Board
Your memorial board can be displayed at the entrance to the service, beside the order of service, at the wake or wherever family and friends will be able to view it comfortably.
Optional display accessories can be added during the basket process.

Our lightweight portable easel provides a freestanding way to display your memorial photo board indoors.
The easel extends to approximately 160 cm and folds down into a compact carry bag, making it easy to transport, set up and store.

Our foldable strut card attaches to the back of the board, allowing it to stand on a suitable flat surface.
This can be useful when displaying a board on a table, counter or welcome area.

Production normally takes 5-7 working days.
Orders placed after 4pm Friday or over the weekend will be processed on Monday.
Please allow enough time ensure your boards arrives when you need it.
Delivery or Collection
Delivery is £10.99 using a next working day service after despatch, subject to courier. Collection is from Burton-upon-Trent. We can also arrange for your photo board to be delivered to your Funeral Directors.

Production normally takes 5–7 working days. Orders placed after 4pm on Friday or over the weekend begin processing on Monday. Please tell us when the board is required so we can check your timescale. Please call if your order is urgent.
What funeral photo board sizes are available?
Our memorial photo boards are available in A1 portrait, approximately 594 × 841mm; A2 portrait, approximately 420 × 594mm; and a 600 × 600mm square format. The available sizes may depend on the design you select.
What are the photo boards made from?
Our funeral photo boards are printed onto strong, lightweight 5mm Foamex with a high-quality gloss finish. This makes them easy to transport and suitable for displaying at a funeral, wake or celebration of life.
How many photographs can I add?
The number of photographs depends on the design selected. Some memorial boards focus on one special photograph, while collage layouts can hold several photographs or bring together many moments from throughout a person’s life.
Can I change the name, dates and wording?
Yes. The editable text can be personalised with the name, dates and memorial wording of your choice. Please check all spelling and dates carefully before placing your order.
Can I review the board before ordering?
Yes. The online creator allows you to review the finished layout before placing your order. Check that photographs are positioned correctly and that all names, dates and wording are accurate.
Is a display stand included with the board?
A display stand is not included as standard. A strut-card display stand or portable metal easel can be added during the basket process.
Can you create the memorial board for me?
Yes. If you would prefer some help, our assisted design service is available at an additional cost. Contact us with your requirements and we will explain how to provide your photographs and wording.
How much is delivery?
Standard UK delivery costs £10.99. Once dispatched, orders are sent using a next-working-day delivery service, although the exact arrival time remains subject to the courier.
Can I collect my funeral photo board?
Yes. Collection from Burton upon Trent is available. Select or arrange collection during the ordering process and we will let you know when the board is ready.
What should I do if the funeral is soon?
Contact us before ordering if you have an urgent deadline. We will check the current production schedule and confirm whether the required date is achievable.
Where do I enter my funeral director’s referral code?
Enter the referral or voucher code provided by your funeral director during the basket process. This helps us identify which funeral director recommended the service.
